Until 2005, Dr. William Kapp served as flight surgeon in the US Air Force Reserves with the rank of Major.

Under Dr. Kapp, Landmark has grown to six regional referral centers for critical care patients. Landmark has implemented new technologies from voice driven electronic health records to the latest in dialysis treatment an complex wound care.
Dr. William Kapp had a vision to establish regional referral centers for medically complex patients requiring hospital-based post-acute care. Landmark Hospitals has grown into seven regional referral centers. Under his leadership, Landmark has implemented new information technologies that allow clinicians to easily document patient encounters and then follow and manage the patient upon discharge from our critical care hospitals across all post-acute settings, allowing for better outcomes and a seamless continuum of care.
Dr. Kapp is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, licensed to practice in Illinois, Missouri, Texas and Georgia. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Missouri Orthopaedic Association and has been chair of the Legislative Affairs Committee.

Dr. Kapp received his B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Georgia and his M.S. in Immunology and M.D. at the Medical College of Georgia, where he graduated with honors and was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, the medical honor society. He attended the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston Texas for residency in Orthopaedic Surgery and completed his specialty training in 1994.
Bryan worked over 16 years in a non-profit healthcare system in Louisiana, in various capacities.
M. Bryan Day
Chief Executive Office and Board Member
Mr. Bryan Day has over 35 years of experience as a senior level executive in various healthcare companies, including for-profit and not-for-profit acute and post acute care settings. Bryan experience includes oversight and management on a local, regional and national basis at a corporate level of major healthcare delivery systems.
Receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, and a Masters degree in Health System Management from Tulane University in the 1980s’, he completed a residency program in Hospital Administration at Alton Ochsner Foundation hospital in New Orleans in 1989. Bryan worked over 16 years in a non-profit healthcare system in Louisiana, in various capacities, including 10 years as the CEO of a 172 bed tertiary level hospital.
For the past 19 plus years of his career he’s strengthened his skills for building and maintaining strong physician relationships and a proven successful management track record while working and consulting with post-acute care companies in the Rehabilitation, Long-term Acute Care, and Home Health industries, as a Consultant, Regional Executive and Owner.
Throughout his career, Bryan has been very active in professional and civic organizations serving in various capacities on such organizations including the Louisiana Hospital Association Board of Trustees, Boy Scouts of America Board of Directors, the American Cancer Society, The American Heart Association, Rotary International and the Women’s Community Rehabilitation Council in Baton Rouge. Bryan brings a unique broad based knowledge of the Healthcare Industry and over 35 years of “hands on” healthcare experience to the Landmark team.
