Chief Executive Officer
Scott Blakley has over 25 years’ experience in the health care industry. He has held the position of Hospital Chief Executive Officer of a number of acute medical/surgical and specialty health care systems. Scott demonstrated his abilities as a multi-facility manager and served as a Regional Vice President for several private and publically held health care systems. Scott has a good understanding of the payer and provider markets in Utah with his prior experience as the Chief Executive Officer of the Tooele Valley Regional Medical Center and more recently as an Administrative Director for Intermountain Healthcare SelectHealth. Scott joined Landmark Hospitals on December 1, 2012 as Chief Executive Officer of the Salt Lake City Hospital. Scott received a Bachelor of Science from Utah State University and obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah.
Chakravarthy Reddy, MD, attended Mysore Medical College in Mysore, Karnataka, India. He completed an internship and residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, New York, where he also served as attending physician. He completed a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the University of Utah School of Medicine and received additional training in interventional pulmonology medicine at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Reddy is a certified member of the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Association of Bronchology, the American College of Chest Physicians, and the American Thoracic Society.
Dr. Reddy, MD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Utah School of Medicine and a Huntsman Cancer Institute investigator . He specializes in lung cancer, airway disorders, and malignant pleural effusion. He is interested in advancing non-surgical ways to diagnose and treat cancers that occur in the chest. He performs flexible and rigid bronchoscopy, pleuroscopy, endobronchial ultrasonography, and airway stent placements.
Dr. Reddy volunteers and does community service locally and internationally. He has performed health care screenings in Africa and Ecuador and is a consulting physician for the 4th Street Homeless Clinic in Salt Lake City.
