Michael L. Norman,
MBA, CHE
President
Mr. Norman has more than 25 years of healthcare managerial experience. He has worked in proprietary, county-owned, VA and US Air Force hospitals. Mr. Norman has managed both short and long-term acute care hospitals and rehabilitation hospitals. For the past 10 years, Mr. Norman’s focus has been on the start-up of new inpatient healthcare facilities, and the turnaround of financially distressed hospitals. Norman has been Regional Vice President with LifeCare Hospitals, Inc., a proprietary long-term acute care hospital company owning 20+ locations. Most recently, he has been consulting in long-term acute (LTAC) healthcare, having completed assignments with Regency Hospital Company and Kindred Healthcare.
Mr. Norman earned a MBA from the University of Florida at Gainesville and a BS from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He is a certified healthcare executive (CHE) and a diplomate in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).

K. Kapp III,

Dr. Kapp is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He earned his Doctoral degree in Medicine as well as his Master of Science degree in Immunology from the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, GA. He completed his residency and fellowship in orthopedic surgery at the Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Missouri Orthopedic Association and chairs its Legislative Affairs Committee.
Dr. Kapp served as managing partner for Physicians Alliance Surgery Center in Cape Girardeau and was instrumental in its design, development, and certification. He served as its Medical Director and Board Member from 2000 – 2003. Physicians Alliance is a multi-specialty outpatient surgical center with 4 operating suites and over 30 staff.
Dr. Kapp also serves as managing partner for Orthopedic Associates of SE Missouri, the region’s only orthopedic center. Orthopedic Associates is a 9-physican practice with over 70 employees. It provides comprehensive orthopedic services through the main office and 5 satellite locations.
Dr. Kapp currently resides and practices in Cape Girardeau, MO, where he holds hospital appointments and committee leadership assignments at three acute care hospitals in the area. He is licensed to practice in Illinois, Missouri, Texas and Georgia. He served as reserve flight surgeon in the Medical Corps of the US Air Force Reserves with the rank of Major until 2005, and is a private pilot with multi-engine instrument ratings.
Richard
Hogan,

VP/Chief Financial Officer
Before joining Landmark, Richard Hogan served in the Chief Financial Officer role in 5 hospitals over a period of 22 years. Prior to serving in the CFO role, Richard served as a Cost Analyst in a medical school and an internal auditor in a large teaching hospital. He has been a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association since 1991 and a Certified Public Accountant since 1982. Hogan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Alabama Society of CPAs and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He joined Landmark Management Services, LLC in April 2007.
