Dennis Nicely, FACHE, is a Board Certified healthcare executive with years of experience leading healthcare provider organizations to meet their financial, quality, and compliance goals. Prior to joining Landmark, he was CEO of an award winning specialty hospital in Indianapolis. His leadership experience includes executive positions in short term acute care, LTACH, Rehab hospitals, and home health care. He is a graduate of Penn State University, and holds an MHA from Texas State University. He began his career as a US Army Medical Service Corps officer, Airborne Ranger, and platoon leader in the 82nd Airborne Division. His wife, Peggy, taught high school English and history in Texas, and enjoys gardening and fishing. His son, Jonathan, is an Eagle Scout, and works for Texas Tech University. Dennis enjoys outdoor activities, including fishing, hiking, and rock hunting.

Trish Shuler,

Chief Clinical Officer
Before joining Landmark Hospital, Trish Shuler spent thirteen years providing patients with quality bedside nursing care as a Registered Nurse. Trish’s nursing experience has a wide range and has taken her everywhere from the neonatal intensive care unit to geriatrics, with special emphasis in adult critical care. She is certified in the following areas: NRP, BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC, and has worked in two Level II trauma centers. She has been actively involved in nursing education by instructing basic life support, teaching skills labs, serving as a preceptor and making herself available as a nursing resource. Trish was a member of the Nurse Advisory Board at Freeman Health System, and her dedication to patient care won her the Service Excellence award in 1999. In 1997, Trish received a Bachelor’s Degree from Rockhurst College/Research College of Nursing. Trish joined Landmark as Nurse Manager in October 2009, and was promoted to Chief Clinical Officer in February 2010.
