Chief Executive Officer
Kevin Clement brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare administration of short term acute care facilities. During his healthcare career, Kevin has served as Chief Executive Officer at facilities in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Missouri.
Kevin’s leadership style includes an emphasis on working closely with medical staff and nursing leadership to focus on Core Measure compliance and quality care. In previous leadership roles, Kevin implemented and completed a multi-million dollar capital building project, improved overall aggregate Core Measure scores and achieved initial accreditation from The Joint Commission. As CEO of Community Health Systems, Inc, Siloam Springs Regional Hospital, he expanded local access to several medical specialties. In 2014, the facility received national recognition as a Top 100 safest hospital under 100 beds and was recognized as a Top 10 Overall Employee Satisfaction facility in 2013 and 2014. Kevin has received several awards including 2009 CEO of the Year, and he was also recognized for his work in community service.
Kevin has a Masters’ degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from East Central University, Ada, Oklahoma.
Chief Medical Director
Dr. Venter has actively led patient care services in Joplin since 2007. He provides full time pulmonary leadership for all of our critical care patients at Landmark Hospital Joplin. His medical competencies and extensive experience ensure competent and proficient execution of the hospital’s clinical team performance.
Dr. Venter is a board certified pulmonologist with over thirty years of medical knowledge and experience in the treatment of medically complex patients. He graduated from the University of Medical and Bioscience, College of Osteopathy Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. In 2013, Dr. Venter was voted Top Pulmonologist in SW Missouri (417 Magazine).
