Jerry Deller, MSN, MHA, RN
An award-winning executive, Jerry Deller joined Landmark Hospitals in 2016 as the Market Chief Executive Officer in Missouri, bringing to the position over 25 years of experience in various healthcare service lines and leadership roles.
Deller began his healthcare career in 1988, as the founder and president of Deller Enterprises, a healthcare provider specializing in home health, outpatient psychiatric services, and physician practice development. Deller has also worked for several large nationally recognized acute and post care healthcare organizations.
Laura Peckham began her healthcare career in 2003 after graduating from the University of Missouri with Masters Degrees in both Health and Business Administration. She worked with the Missouri Primary Care Association and Family Health Center to establish and expand access to primary care through Federally Qualified Health Centers. During her five years in the public sector, Peckham realized nursing is her true calling. She completed the accelerated BSN program in 2008 at MU and began work in the burn ICU at University of Missouri Hospital.
In 2011, Peckham joined the Landmark team as the Wound and Ostomy Nurse in Columbia. Working with specialists and surgeons from the Mid-Missouri area, she spent five years developing the wound care program.
In January 2017, Peckham accepted the position of chief clinical officer. She uses her education and experiences as an ICU nurse to develop new and experienced nurses to expand the quality of care provided at Landmark Columbia.
Adam Clapper, MD, FASCP
Dr. Clapper graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine in 2002. He completed a residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, IA and a fellowship in Surgical and Medical Pathology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Dr. Clapper is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and a fellow of the American Society for Clinical Pathology. He began his employment with Boyce and Bynum Pathology Laboratories in June 2008 and currently oversees the division of Anatomic Pathology at Boone Hospital Center. He also has a teaching appointment in the Department of Pathology at the University of Missouri-Columbia and sits on the Board of Governors for the Missouri Medical Alumni Association.
Dr. Clapper has been a member of the Medical Executive Committee at Landmark Hospital since its opening.
