Marie Saylor, chief executive officer for Landmark Hospital of Athens, directs a team of medical professionals devoted to continuous improvement, excellence, professionalism and innovation. Marie’s extensive background in the medical field is instrumental in high-quality operations and leadership development at the Hospital.

Named CEO in 2018, Marie works tirelessly to present Landmark Hospital of Athens as the hospital of choice for patients, physicians and employees. She endorses evidence-based practice to deliver the highest quality care to patients and families and to support the well-being of communities served by the Hospital.

Marie began her nursing career at Landmark Hospital of Athens in 2011, and in 2015 was promoted to Chief Clinical Officer, leading the clinical staff in providing optimal care and exceptional patient outcomes.

Marie is an honor’s graduate from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Atlanta, earning both a BSN and MSN. She is a Pennsylvania native and lives in Colbert, Ga., with her three children.
